Flowrider - Labor Day, Sept. 7, 2009

If you have talked to Matt lately, then I'm sure you have heard about his new favorite thing . . . the Flowrider. It is a stationary wave that is supposed to be similar to surfing. He is definitely getting good at shredding the wave.

Lake Powell - Aug. 17 - 22, 2009

Lake Powell was so much fun. We got to be with the whole Meads family for an entire week.

Matt's cousin Samantha Brown got married Aug. 13 to Blake Shaffer. Her reception was beautiful.

Matt, Steve, and Taylor Crane hiked Mt. Timp on August 1. They started around 2:00 am. Matt took some really great pics.

Jim Wilcox gave Mary Sauer and I a scholarship to attend a painting workshop given by Bjorn Thorkelson in Jackson Hole. I learned a lot and had a blast. I think I could live in Jackson. It's beautiful.
